The staff was knowledgeable plus the location was nice. Everything was good and within 23 minutes' drive of Hagerstown Regional airport. The room was fairly quiet, spotless with a pull out sofa and a king bed and microwave, I was pleased.

Booked late so choices were few. A mistake. The place was old, smelly, and tired.

I was really happy with the location and room we received. Having read previous online negative comments, made me leary of going there. However, we were impressed with how nice the room was, clean, and quiet. We had a room on the inside facing the pool. We are none smokers, so the room filled our need. We were visiting Gettysburg, and stayed at this hotel for three days. The trip to and from was only 30 minutes away, and this being close to the highway made it very convenient. We were at the hotel for sleeping, and spent most of our time visiting the area. The room safe and fridge was an added bonus.

The free breakfast was acceptable, but with the number of people coming in, for a large crowd the room was small. The four slice toaster was not convenient to accommodate the people coming through. The mechanical conveyor belt toaster would have been more appropriate to process more people through. There was one morning where we would have eaten somewhere else if not for getting a place to sit down. You can always pick your meal and eat in your room.

Wanted wakeup call didnt receive. Woke up and had 3 centepedes in room. The bathroom was full of cigarette smoke from other room venting in ours.

The air conditioning in the room was not very "COLD". Also, the continental breakfast was poor.

the hotel was a very convenient place to stop en route on a long trip south. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable and very good value for money.

The dining room looked in need of a makeover - pretty beat up and tired.

Clean room, helpful staff, complete amenities like free Wi-Fi and a handy mini fridge made my stay enjoyable, especially being close to the highway for easy access to explore the city.

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a snack bar. I fondly remember how the staff printed my important documents on my first stay. I'm coming back for a weekend!

the bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean, making it a great base for exploring nearby attractions like the chambersburg heritage center and the old jail, both just a short stroll away that I really enjoyed during my weekend getaway.

I loved the cozy Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The beds were comfortable. Plus, the location was super convenient off the highway, perfect for an easy getaway!

I recently stayed for one night in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofabed. The sheets were clean, and the amount of space was nice with two separate rooms. it lacked comfortable seating that I expected. it was a decent stay, but I might look elsewhere next time.
